A Social, Cultural, Educational, Non- Political & Charitable Organisation which is Registered under Society Act & Registered office at Salem Tabri, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This organisation named in the memory of Dr. Dwarka Nath Kotnis who was the member of Indian medical mission team sent to China in the year 1938-42 by the top Indian national leader during the late thirtees. At that time China was victim of a large scale brutal invasion By Japan. India himself was striving from the freedom from the british imperialism , had natural sympathies with the suffering inflicted on the chinese people by the Japanese aggression. Dr. Kotnis Worked in China in the SHIJIAZHUANG the area liberated from Japanese occupation from 1938-42 with an indomitable spirit reflecting universal brotherhood , humanitarianism and selflessness. The cruel hand of death snatched away Dr. kotnis in 1942. The martyrdom of DR. kotnis in the crusade against imperialism and all such forces of exploitation, as add to human misery and suffering , is a legacy which enjoins us to carry on his mission to serve masses with dedication. The health centre management is inspired by the Lofty ideals for which Dr. Kotnis laid down his life for the service of mankind and the International Friendship .

The aim of the society

To  evolve a common approach for the different prevailing medical systems like Acupuncture , Homeopathy, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Unanai and Nature cure in order to provide proper medical facilities to the  masses on very economical way.

To organise a health camp ,open health centeres, acupuncture training centres, to open a drug de addcition centre and drug abuse awareness centres to eradicate the social evil from society as well as  to achieve the aim of the society.  And also undertaking the research work to establish the mechanism of action of acupuncture and evaluate its efficiency single or combined with other therapies .

To open a Old age home, Day care centre, open rehab centres for the young generation and handicapeds , mentaly retarded children etc.

To carry out the aim and objectives of the society with the help of subscriptions, donations, grants ,loans ,gifts from general public, associations , societies, clubs ,loan from government etc.
